Because of the small size and hierarchal nature of this company and the low-level of my position my ability to innovate or improve productivity was limited. During my time here I made a few suggestions concerning data collection and storage that did become part of v2.0 of the company''s proprietay software. I was principally responsible for insuring that 40,000+ records were properly formatted for the new software version. Other duties included network workstation maintenance and repair and assisting the staff with software questions.
